Walking in the hills at night is a special experience. With some luck we will have a stunning sunset, starry skies, and close encounters with Tawny owl, Mountain hare, Roe deer, Badger and Otter.

This walk will be relatively easy going and suitable for people with average fitness levels. We will be following paths but these will vary in quality.

The exact route will be tailored to the needs of the group but will be in Bonaly Country Park and nearby area of Torduff and Capelaw hills.

What to wear/bring: hiking boots, waterproof jacket & trousers, spare warm clothing, hat & gloves, torch, hot drink & snacks. Please note dogs are not allowed on this walk.

If extreme weather is forecast the walk will be rescheduled – full refunds will be given if the rescheduled date does not suit.

To ensure safety on the hill, all participants will need to complete a Health & Safety form in advance. You will receive a link to this when you book.  It must be returned no later than NOON on 23 February or you may forfeit your place, in which case no refund will be given.

No dogs please.
