Following a sell-out performance in 2019, Kath Burlinson offers a filmed version of InVisible Lines, together with a workshop and post-show discussion.

For ten years Kath filmed her body ageing. In this intimate and daring odyssey, she uses her naked form as a canvas to explore ageing, loss, life-cycles, seasonality, death and defiance.

InVisible Lines is tender, wild, joyous and ruthlessly honest. With music and songs including The Menopause Tango, Greedy C**t, Shine On (Fresh Green Girl) and Love Yourself Wildly. ‘A magical mix of wit and lyricism…beautiful…wicked…gorgeous.’ (Joyce McMillan, Scotsman)

Conceived, written and performed by Kath Burlinson, music by Christine Sparks, video by Lorna Simpson.

Please bring a journal, pens, paper, crayons, paint or anything you like working with. The workshop will include invitations to respond creatively to themes around the body, ageing, and celebrating our resilient selves. Maximum 25 particpants.
